From the Sellers: The previous owners of 625A Bayshore Drive would like prospective buyers to know that they have lived at this site on the Bay for 50 years. They first lived for about 15 years a few houses away, but purchased the empty lot/land about 35 years ago along with a builder friend in order to build the two duplexes now seen. We built only four houses rather than the allotted six in order to have wider views of what we perceived to be the best viewing spot on the Bay. This was always a vacation house for our family and has never been rented. We raised our children here until they became adults with families that then would use this vacation house. We had planned to keep this heavenly house forever, but we find ourselves running out of years and unable to drive often the 150 miles back and forth from Baltimore where our permanent home is located We know that the New Owners will very much appreciate this perfect spot on the Bay in Ocean City !
